Will every budgeted expense be necessary?

We’ll do our best to reduce or eliminate costs wherever possible, including finding donated storage, transportation, and supplies. We’ve included these expenses in our budget so we’re prepared if free or lower-cost options aren’t available.

What if we don’t reach our goal?

If we don’t reach our fundraising goal, we’ll make the banner files available to download and print two weeks before the concert, so ARMY can print their own copies and bring them to the show.

What if we raise more than we need?

Any funds remaining after all project expenses have been paid will be donated to a local charity in Melbourne. We’ll share the charity’s name and the final donation amount on the website.
