- Nov 8 Official project announcement
- Nov 8–11 Voting on four finalist banner designs
- Nov 11 Announce winning banner
December 2026
- Dec 10–11 Finalize banner design and prepare print-ready files
- Dec 11 Submit final print-ready files
- Dec 12 Fundraising deadline: $4,100 to produce enough banners for the entire stadium. Place printing order.
- Dec 13–15 Printing and production
- Dec 15–16 Warehouse consolidation and shipping preparation
- Dec 16 – Jan 25 International shipping and delivery (approximately 35 days, with additional time allowed for potential delays)
January 2027
- Jan 9 Finalize distribution plan for venue
- Jan 27 Target delivery to local volunteer's home
- Jan 28 Release digital files for home printing if fundraising goal is not met
- Jan 28–30 Count, bundle, and package banners in resealable bags for efficient distribution on concert day
- Jan 29 Transfer banners to storage locker
- Jan 30 Venue scouting: confirm security policies for distributing printed materials, Soundcheck, Floor and Club level entry points, and ideal rendezvous locations inside and outside the stadium
February 2027
- Feb 1–10 Contingency period for shipping delays and final distribution preparations
- Feb 1 Train volunteers
- Feb 11 Secure wagon or dolly
- Feb 12 Move banners from storage to SUV the night before
- Feb 13 CONCERT DAY!
